The advert is very misleading. it clearly states "real mink eyelashes" and it also explains how they are collected from mink's tail. How is that possible when they are synthetic eyelashes??? (as I found out too late, when I got there, with no time to rebook, or think it through.). I was never offered to do a patch test. been waiting for them to contact me with a date, it never happened. I emailed them eventually , giving them the booking details and received a reply inviting me to come for a test 24-48 hrs before the appointment. I must say I received the email just the day before the appointment and I was at work. How should I even come, I should have just drop everything and run (otherwise there were no 24 hrs left, nevermind 48) ? Then obviously, if I want to have them done I sign a document which states I have been invited for a patch test and refused on my own choice... really? I am new to this, only had eyelash extensions once before. Did not know exact protocol. Lady there was polite, not very warm, but ok. there were 2 types of music going on, overlapping (one from the next room I guess. Can't say it's been very relaxing. My eyelashes are a bit unruly, they don't stay the natural direction, is this normal?? They don't look too natural, seem quite thick, but to be fair I only seen one natural look with eyelas extensions and the lady lady who had them said they were natural mink, this is why I wanted to try these. Can't tell much more as I just haved them done, one has fallen already without washing or touching too much (just gently used the brush provided at the saloon, to arrange them all in the same direction). .. I am a bit disappointed of my all experience here. More than anything by the fake information about real mink. If the natural mink eyelashes are no good as the lady there stated, then why put misleading information as advertising???
