Very disappointing experience, unfortunately my experience didn’t match my expectations, I have done My eyelashes for more than two years somewhere else but because my therapist left the country I was looking for someone new to replace so I gave a try to this place, the First impression was good the lady Olga was welcome and helpful with her answers I booked for 2D Eyelashes infill 50£ 1hour. When she was putting the eyelashes the glue was burning my eyes so badly and never happened to me before but I said it's okay maybe is different glue and I'm not used to with that, after when I finished my eyelashes weren't full like usual I do for the same price and actually the left side of my eye had less eyelashes than the right which was quite visible, the lady Olga told me that one hour wasn't enough to make my eyelashes look full she told me to book another appointment for one hour 50£ to make them lookfull so basically infill eyelashes is two appointment 1hour each 50£+50£=100£!!! Really???? Anyway, I left the salon the worst part is that for 5 days more than 60% of my eyelashes fall over now after 10 days I only have very few eyelashes and as I said I’m doing my eyelashes for more than two years and never before my eyelashes been in this condition usually they start to fall in 3d week and they last for 6-7 weeks!
Very unpleasant experience is hard to work and get 50£ and pay for nothing,I want refund for my money!
