I’ve been here a few times for a Hollywood wax and always found it great. But this time it was too painful, the wax was too hot and she was ripping the wax off before it had dried properly. Clearly she wanted to get it done as quickly as possible. The skin was aggravated and sore for a while after ☹️ so wasn’t pleased!
