I arrived 15 minutes late due to a hold up on the tube and apologised. the therapist was obviously annoyed and quite rude. the treatment was good and obviously rushed as we had less time but I was made to feel very guilty and uncomfortable about being late. An unfortunate experience as usually the other staff members are so lovely and friendly.
