Probably the worst wax I’ve had. I never usually find it painful but this time I did. The therapist did not hold my skin tight before pulling the wax off, which was painful. Naturally with the warm weather, my body too was warm which meant the wax took longer to solidify. The therapist attempted on many occasions to take the wax off before it had fully solidified which again, was painful. Cut a painful story short, I still have patches of hair and Im thoroughly disappointed.
