Whilst I’m reasonably happy with the end result, it’s not perfect and it felt rushed and a bit rough at times. What was a 1hr total booking (15 min removal and 45 mins shellac) was finished in 40 mins. I’d prefer that the full time is taken to enable a more careful, relaxing treatment. Small issues - one big toenail is longer than the other, and one has a more uneven finish than the other. Rather than booking last minute I’ll book in advance in future so that I can book Olga who I’m happy with :)
