I had booked an appointment but it was delayed by over 20min. When I was finally taken through there was no apologies or explanation. For a threading at £15 you expect something very professional. I usually go to shavata and pay £18. However, the person cut me, forgot a lot of hair and the shape in general isn’t great! They might be amazing for other treatments I am sure but eyebrow threading was very very poor for the price !!
