as always this is a great cleansing facial which is offered. however, unfortunately this time it wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, and I came home noticing several impurities were missed, which is a shame. I do love the great little relaxing touches which are included in the facial, like the de-stressing perfume at the beginning and end of the treatment.

The lady that I had my wax with had a horrible attitude from the minute she’d opened the door. She did not make me feel welcomed at all. During the treatment she did not try to talk to me or ask how I was, she did not check whether the wax temperature was fine or provided any reassurance, etc. the whole waxing experience was very ‘robotic’ and lasted around 8 minutes. All hair was removed in one go. The wax was rushed and painful.
I appreciate that I made my booking last minute, but she could at least be a bit more friendly. At the end she made herself a cup of coffee/tea and waited impatiently until I left the room. My advice to the lady would be to enjoy whatever you do, be more proactive and friendly. Sometimes a smile or a simple ‘how are you today?’ can change your client’s experience dramatically.
