The wax was speedy and as painless as could be expected! She made me feel comfortable and gave simple instructions which makes the process easier. Happy with the spray tan also.

I will start with the positives.The young therapist greeted me warmly. She was friendly and seemed to want to give me a good experience
The calm radio station did a great job at making feel relaxed-
When the facial started, I felt disappointed with her light touch technique and with how quickly she finished the actual facial cleansing to put on the mask on my face. The head massage was nothing like a head massage . It was gentle touch but not a proper massage. Same experience with the arm/ hand massage. It looked like the therapist had had little training ( or perhaps not sufficient experience) and i was felt disappointed considering I had come to get the deluxe facial ( it was very basic and not worth the price I paid for)
I will finish with a positive. The radio and the gentle touch from the therapist helped me feel relaxed during the hour I was there and I left the room more relaxed then when I entered the premises.
