No steam extraction for a deep cleanse facial which was surprising and usually facials have more of a décolletage cleanse and massage. Olga recommended a different treatment going forward which was good advice.

Not enough exfoliation or massage- still have lots of dead skin which I would have expected to be removed. Massage chair wasn't geat
