Olga was very professional, personable, and most importantly thorough which is what you want from a wax!
I told her I usually get extremely sore red and bumpy for longer than I thought I should (2 days), and she advised me to try applying some pure aloe vera gel from a health foods shop - seems to be doing the trick so far! Very pleased and would recommend.

I really love going back again and again to the Wellness Lounge at The Beauty Spot.
The waxing service is great - very quick and very efficient, using a hot wax which is very effective - I am always pleased with my result!

Tried a few therapists but not very friendly and smiley. Gel soak off was not very detailed and carefull. Bikini wax tho was a better experience.

Booked it as a last minute massage as aching everywhere from horseriding. Salon is close to the tube so easy to get to, I was welcomed by friendly staff.
The room was clean and well presented. My therapist took the time to check that the intensity if the massage was ok for me, and checked several times throughout.
The room was quiet and the music was just enough to relax me.
The massage was great and I would definately go back.
The only negative I can think of is the noise from customers waiting for their next appointment in the corridor outside as they wait near the treatment rooms. However this wasn't enough to make me not want to return. Overall excellent massage, friendly environment and good service.
