Called to say I would be 10mins late due to trains. Ended up being 8mins late and was very harshly told off at the door. Frustrating but I decided to carry on with my treatment. The massage was first and she asked if I wanted a soft or firm massage. I said moderately firm was fine. what I got instead was one technique for half hour of using her elbow sharply up and down my spine. It was so uncomfortable. I gritted through it. The facial was next and that was my first experience so have nothing to compare it to. I would say the lady was gentle and gave a very brief explanation when asked. I left very dissatisfied as I was in pain from the massage. For two weeks after I was still in pain!! I had to go see someone else thanks to the mishandling I had. Combined with the rudeness at the start of the evening I defintely will not be recommending or returning.

the treatment was a bit weird (as you'd expect being wrapped in cling film would be!) but I swear it does work! I definitely was more toned and slightly smaller after the treatment and still am 3 days on. Only issue is I was not told until after the treatment that I shouldn't shower for 24-72 hours after and a few other things so if you book this, ask about these things up front.
