Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my treatment, but you do get what you pay for. Firstly, the soak-off of shellac did not last for 10 minutes as it should have. Because of that, shellac was not coming off very well, and as a result, one of my nails broke from the middle, luckily Olia was able to put shellac over that without having to remove half of my nail. All of my nails look different, some are round, some are squared, some are longer then others. The shellac itself looks quite transparent, so you can see the white end tip of the nail. There are also some big dust particles on some nails, which you can see and feel when touching the nail. However Olia was very lovely, and there was another costumer after me, I just felt really bad and did not want to point out those negative things about my treatment. But the price was good. I am afraid I am not going to be returning, not just because of the poor treatment, but also because the cheap price is only available for new costumers.

I had a very good underarm hot wax treatment by Olga, Olga was very polite and welcoming, the treatment lasted around 5-10min, it was not painful, I guess the fact that I don't shave, but wax my underarms helped.

I booked multiple treatments, one of them being an upper lip wax. It was done by Olga, very quick and effective. She didn't even charge me for this at the end of all my treatments because there wasn't much work to be done, just a quick clean-up. Very nice, thanks Olga!!!

I had the hydro-dermabrasion facial by Olga. The machine used is just as effective as micro-dermabrasion, but without the irritation and redness at the end since it uses water rather than crystals. The lathering of creams and massaging of the face was very nice. All in all, it was very relaxing, especially the arm and hand massage during the face mask. One down side, the room got a bit cold so a heated blanket would have made the experience perfect.

I received the eyebrow threading and tinting by Olga, which was okay, considering how light and thin my eyebrows are. She advised me on how dark I should go and purposely left a few hairs to allow them to grow fuller. It was not at all painful and she also gave a final touch with tweezers. Very helpful, especially for a first time. However, staff could be a bit more welcoming...
