The place was really easy to find and the lady was ready and waiting for me. She had amazing attention to detail and even helped me pick a colour. She was very polite and was always checking I was happy. Would definitely recommend

What was advertised as neck, back and shoulder massage was actually deep tissue - nothing bad to say about the actual treatment apart that it was more intense than what it was expecting (since I didn't realise it would be deep tissue). Left feeling relaxed but felt sore the following days despite asking the trainee to go easy (which she did!) overall slightly disappointed with the experience and confusion in expected treatment, not the massage itself.

Amazing. These girls went well out of their way to do a nail design I loved. I found it on the internet and thought it looked so difficult it was impossible but they made it a reality. Now my graduated rainbow nails make me smile every time I look at them! Thank you for delivering the best manicure in London, AGAIN! <3
