Hollie was very friendly and kept checking that I was happy with the massage. Swedish massages are great if you're very knotted (though don't expect it to be totally relaxed if your back is carrying a lot of tension) - definitely feel better for having had it the morning after. The loyalty card system is a great bonus.

My trip to the Wellness Lounge was extremely pleasant. The staff are lovely and the lounge was very clean. The treatment, as unpleasant as it can be, I was made to feel very comfortable - the treatment was very quick but completely up to my standards. I'd highly recommend!
