The ambience was lovely, clean however lady wasnt as friently or tentative, she could have asked what areas to focus on. Overall though Idid feel relaxed.

The entire experience was very professional and Organisations was very friendly. The waxing was the absolute best I have ever had, I will never go anywhere else from now on. Wipes and soothing lotion provided. The waxing room gets a little warm but apart from that, it couldn't have been better.

Hollie was very friendly and kept checking that I was happy with the massage. Swedish massages are great if you're very knotted (though don't expect it to be totally relaxed if your back is carrying a lot of tension) - definitely feel better for having had it the morning after. The loyalty card system is a great bonus.

My trip to the Wellness Lounge was extremely pleasant. The staff are lovely and the lounge was very clean. The treatment, as unpleasant as it can be, I was made to feel very comfortable - the treatment was very quick but completely up to my standards. I'd highly recommend!
