It was my first but certainly not my last time at the beauty spot. Olga clearly knows what she is doing - I don't know how she did it, but it was quicker, more efficient, and less painful than any other place I've been to. Totally recommended!

The ambiance was pleasant enough and the staff polite and courteous. This was my first chemical skin peel ever, not sure if it really made a different to my skin, I believe it has to be more than just one session in order to see a difference. But it was a relaxing and pleasant experience indeed.

I had leg, bikini and under arm waxing with Olga. She was very abrupt and quite rude, when I tried hold the side of my thong back for the bikini wax (as normally asked to in most salons) I was told abruptly to move my hands. I mentioned I felt more comfortable holding the thong back out of the way than letting her do it (also to protect my modesty) and was told in no uncertain terms "NO", this was not "comfortable for her". and there was no option. I was not asked what was comfortable for me. When it came to underarm wax I was again barked at to lift both arms, (not at all asked politely) when I moved one arm she again barked at me to get it back up. This made me feel most uncomfortable - it did not seem like a treatment as much as a procedure and it made me feel quite embarrassed. I was told that the treatment would take 45 minutes. In reality Olga rushed through it in 20 minutes. After she left the room I actually had to ask her to come back as there were still sections of hair on my legs which needed more waxing, which she had missed. Yes, this salon has good low prices but I now see why, I would not go back here in a hurry. There was also loud dance / club music playing throughout the treatment, which did not lend it self to a relaxing salon experience!! Salon itself was also small and cramped, although waxing room was pleasant enough, I would definitely not recommend.
