I was very grateful as they managed to rearrange my appointment at short notice.
I was very happy with what was a relatively painless wax and a very tidy result. However I would have liked a little bit of music or chit chat as the silence during the wax made me feel slightly nervous. Though I would definately go again. Happy with the efficient service.

Massage with Hollie was great! I had the choice of several oils to use during gym massages (I had 2). She paid attention to any requests/particular areas that needed more work. The whole experience was so relaxing, and took me away from the hustle and bustle; I completely fell asleep in those 2 hours on more than one occasion!
