I had a facial - the therapist was nice however the overall experience was awful- worst I have ever had:
Constant noise of doorbells; adverts from the “Calm Radio” they were playing in the whole salon; loud boisterous chatting; and to top it off, someone hoovering!
I had booked time off during a stressful time to try and relax and thought a massage and facial might help however it just wound me up more!
The treatments were not even coordinated so I could stay in the same room so had to change and move in between.
The therapist kept chatting throughout the massage when all I wanted to do was sleep and switch off. Aside from a good effort from her to ease the knots in my shoulders the massage didn’t feel professional and movement was not mirrored on both sides and felt in effect and random.
Definitely not a repeat visit sadly.
