Firstly when I booked my appointment I accidentally put in the wrong date and missed it without any knowledge. When I realised what I had done I called and expected that I would have to rebook and not be refunded as that's normally what would happen at any salon. However I was pleasantly surprised I was booked back in without hesitation and not expected to pay again. Such great customer service! Olga was fabulous the treatment was amazing and I've already booked myself in for another in two weeks!
