I had a shellac soak off. Good value in comparison to other places in London, although not as central it is convenient for me. I had slight difficulty finding it as googlemaps displays the location differently but I called the salon on the given number and they were helpful in directing me. I would recommend the service I had and would return in the future.

Firstly when I booked my appointment I accidentally put in the wrong date and missed it without any knowledge. When I realised what I had done I called and expected that I would have to rebook and not be refunded as that's normally what would happen at any salon. However I was pleasantly surprised I was booked back in without hesitation and not expected to pay again. Such great customer service! Olga was fabulous the treatment was amazing and I've already booked myself in for another in two weeks!
