This is my absolute favorite beauty salon. I've been coming to Olga to do my waxing for a year now and have never had any complaints. Before I found this one, I had had very, very bad experiences in other salons, basically because I was trying to find cheap places - NOT worth it! Then I came to The Wellness Lounge simply because it was closer, as I lived in Chiswick at the time and I just loved the experience! Olga is super friendly, extremely professional and does the job exceptionally well. The room is spotless, well decorated to give you a sense of calm, smells nice and you can have music or not, depends on what you feel like. Also, a big plus for me, Olga is very talkative which I really like since mainly when I feel nervous I talk A LOT and she keeps up with it and I actually have a lot of fun while waxing (which I hate)! I moved to Uxbridge 6 months ago and I still travel to Olga every month for my waxing! Worth the hour on the train!
Second time I've got my eyebrows tinted here and I love it. The staff is really friendly and my eyebrows look great.

Can't recommend this venue enough, by now I've had my nails done with all beauticians working there, great result every time. Also appreciate convenient hours and good choice of colours.
Great service, great atmosphere, lovely owner, would not go any where else now I have used this place! Love it every time!
