The staff was very nice. The place was clean. It would have been nice if they offered me something to drink, which I was expecting. The only comment I have is the nail polish did not last for very long. I would still go back and get a manicure and a pedicure.

My upper back and shoulders were very stiff when I booked but the therapist worked very hard to alleviate tension and break the knots. Do not expect a pampering massage. This is a no-nonsense, vigorous, sometimes painful massage that focuses on results. I've come out exhausted but pain free and still am after 3 days.
