This is the second time i've been hear for a hollywood wax. I was really hoping to be served by the lady I was before, assuming that she was the specialist of the salon. But was extremely pleasantly surprised to be served by another lady, who was professional, quick and made me feel extremely comfortable. For as long as I live in London I refuse to get waxed anywhere else!

My first massage at the Wellness Lounge wasn't mesmerising but I still enjoyed it. I booked in for a last minute Swedish Massage as I was a little stressed and wanted a treat! However the therapist was a little too verbal during the massage and I felt I couldn't properly zone out, and the music was a bit too loud and the room a bit too light. Massage itself was good though.
