I am so sad to to write this review as I really like the Chiswick beauty lounge and the staff are pleasant. But sadly my treatment was a waste of time and money. I went for a lash lift which I've had done a few times before at other salons and have always been happy with then out come. But after the lash lift this time my lashes are completely ruined, they are pointing in all different directions and are frayed. I am so upset about it. I have even considered cutting some of them down because they are so frazzled. I will not be getting this done ever again in fear this happens again. Gutted!

Though it's such a small treatment it differs so much between different salons, I've never had any issues with soak off here, it's quick, efficient and a good value for money. I like that they polish nails and apply cutticle oil.
