"I had visited this salon before and was happy with the service I received so I booked myself in for a deep pore cleansing facial, which was supposed to last 1h15min and cost £60.00. When I got there they seemed slightly confused and surprised to see me despite the fact I had received two appointment reminders (by email and text message). I had to wait at least twenty minutes for my treatment, which I didn’t mind too much. However to my disbelief the therapist finished the treatment 20 mins early without any explanation. I questioned this when I went to pay but of course the therapist denied it. I paid £60 for a 55min treatment (instead of 1h15min), which is just not right. So I contacted the salon twice to complain but I got no reply. It wasn’t until I posted a negative and honest review online when they finally got back to me with feeble excuses and trying to make me feel like I was a nuisance. Some of the staff do not have a professional enough attitude and very little knowledge of good customer service. I think is fair to say that customers should have access to all reviews (good or bad) in order to make informed decisions. I will not be using their services again as I did not get what they had advertised.

I was a little late but was still squeezed in which was appreciated! The threading didn't hurt (very rare!) and the shape was beautiful! I still had some rogue hairs when I left but for the price is was amazing value. Would do it again as I can always just tweeze out any rogues myself.
