I was kept waiting for 5-10 minutes after getting undressed, which the member of staff did apologise for. However, she then seemed to do a very rushed job, leaving strips of hair at the top of my leg. I didn't notice this until she left the room so then had to go home and shave bits off before I was also charged an additional £10 for a lower back wax, which isn't necessarily a problem but would expect to be told that it incurs an additional charge before they do it. Generally found the service to be a bit lacking and an uncomfortable atmosphere. It was quite cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
