I had many treatments at the Wellness Lounge and never any problems, this was just dreadful. I wanted a g-string and ended up with something in between a Brazilian and a Hollywood. I'm at the last stage of pregnancy so couldn't actually see what was going on there but I told the therapist few times that I wanted a g-string also when I felt that she was going too further. Results: I have a massive sore lump/blood clot, ended up calling the GP to get reassurance as I'm pregnant and panicked.

The overall atmosphere of the room was great and the facial was very relaxing.
I arrived 15 mins early and even though they were open, the therapist wouldn’t allow me to enter salon until my appointment. It was freezing outside.
As a first time client I would have appreciated the therapist explaining what she was doing during the treatment and also providing some aftercare tips or feedback on what my skin needs.
Overall the facial was good but I would have preferred friendlier service
