The staff are pleasant but overall I was VERY disappointed with the treatment... My "Double Chemical Peel" was very superficial, with no noticeable difference after the treatment - I've achieved a better result using a face scrub! Don't be fooled into thinking this is a double-strength peel, it's not. It's not even a decent Glycolic peel. The beautician who treated me was trained in treatments, but this was not someone trained specifically to do cosmetic chemical peels - the result was the treatment was more a massage and moisturiser than anything else. I'm aware that with most treatments a course of several is recommended but I can honestly say there was no difference after my first treatment. The "chemicals" did not seem strong at all, in fact I asked several times what was being used as the "tingling" was hardly noticeable. I've since checked out this place more thoroughly online, including Facebook. I think this is the place to go to get your nails done (see positive reviews), or a fake tan, but NOT for any decent cosmetic treatment (see the lack of positive reviews). I've had cosmetic treatments in several London salons over the years and it's often difficult to tell where you might get a genuine cosmetic result, but in my opinion this place is not it. If it was possible I'd request for a refund, but that would be both very awkward and I don't think they would oblige as I guess results are subjective. All I can say is that their "Double Chemical Peel" should be avoided and I won't be returning for any treatment here.

It would be nice if they offered you a drink demurring the visit nails look fab though!!
