The customer service was great, the facilities were clean and professional. The actual product the double peel wasn't as strong as I've had before and at this point I haven't seen major results but there are always so many factors affecting skin

The girl who did my shellac was ok. To my mind it was a way to slow. Not quick enough. It is not a bad sign as she was really paying attention to details . She had to redone some of my nails. It would have been nice if she coule have done it since the first time with 0 fault.
Also I find it too pricey. Should have been 20 pound.
