Extremely unprofessional, below any standards. I have been left with apprx. 15 deep BLEEDING CUTS (electrolysis should NEVER do it), moreover it appears parts of the deeper skin layers were literally CARVED OUT. The blood even stained my trousers on the way home, and it had not stopped even by the following morning. I continue to experience significant pain and a burning sensation. My doctor has advised it is an almost certain chance of permanent scarring now.
