I booked a half leg wax as wanted to discuss whether it was possible to do the lower leg that had been treated recently- and rather than rounding the £22 that had prepaid for half leg up to £30 to make for a full leg, they insisted that they had to put it through the system as an additional half leg, (£44) and in the end as a favour charged me £10. The bikiniwax was terrible too, with the woman showing me hair she had pulled like a trophy? And so many patchy areas/ broken hairs overall.

I felt a bit ripped off to be honest. I initially only wanted a trim,no wash or blow dry and was told this would be £20.When Aysun was trimming my hair she asked if she could do a few bangs which I said yes to, as she started to cut the bangs the lady behind the desk intervened and said this would cost extra. In the end I was charged £38 which I really thought was too much for just a dry trim and a few ‘bangs’. Aysun was lovely but I probably won’t be going back there.
