As soon as I walked in I felt at ease as I felt a little anxious. Rute was very welcoming and explained things I asked in detail and made me feel very comfortable. I learnt a lot from one session!

I really needed to relax and take the tension from my shoulders and body.Work had been mad crazy heading to the festivities. Rute was very professional and I had an amazing full body massage.

I had been suffering with a very sore neck and tight shoulders after a recent illness. Rute listened to me, asked questions to clarify and explained what she was doing and why, ie the benefits. Rute was lovely and friendly, I felt bet relaxed and comfortable in her presence and I left feeling so much better after my treatment.
