Friendly staff. I prefer massages a bit firmer but it was nice and relaxing. Nice music playing but it did skip a few times.

very relaxing - the therapist adjusted the intensity based on my preferences. The place is easy to find, walking distance from Olympia / Brook Green / Hammersmith

Waited 1 hour to be seen, staff did not apologise, massage interrupted 3 times with therapist leaving the room, not recommended

I have been visiting Beauty Royal for the past 3 years, & even though I have moved away from Brook Green I still come back to Hanna for regular waxes as I felt very comfortable with her from my first visit! Hana is super friendly & does a great job every time, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
