Hana was amazing; very kind, efficient and highly skilled. As this was my first electrolysis treatment, she informed me on the process, advised me on my hair type and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Hana is great, personable and knowledgeable. The treatment initially left scabs and then some small marks but it also worked so it was ultimately a success and i will return for further treatment safe in the knowledge that it actually works.
