This massage is by physiotherapists, rather than beauticians. This means that there aren't candles or dimmed lights or twinkly music, but it does mean that you have a much better chance of coming away with your muscles and joints feeling (and actually being) far better off than when you went in.
I will definitely keep this place as a first choice for any aches or injuries in future.
One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Daniel really focused perfectly on the areas I had asked with just the right level of pressure. If you are after a great sports massage (That's also great value!) I would definitely recommend this place.
If you come here expecting a Swedish Massage, then re the ambience is surprising as it's more a physio clinic - so if you come with that expectation, you'll be pleased with this spot. Equally I was expecting a Swedish massage but when I walked in was asked 'what is the problem today' - presuming she wasn't making small talk, but most people who come here come for physio treatments.
At first I wasn't sure but it was a brilliant massage and I've now come back since.
So don't think of relaxing massage so much as deep tissue, work out any issues massage and you will be very satisfied by your visit.
