worst manicure i’ve ever gotten and then the member of staff didn’t read my appointment, gave me gel instead of regular polish, charged me for for an appointment that was already so expensive, wouldn’t get BIAB or a manicure here again

I’ve been here once before and the nail tech was lovely and did a wonderful job with my nails. However the second time round with a different nail tech wasn’t as pleasant. He was unprofessional- laughing with his colleagues which in a usual instance is absolutely fine but he would stop what he was doing to speak to them, also making comments about my nail choice. On the whole, it was an uninviting atmosphere. The other nail techs seemed much more professional with their customers so it’s a sham
