I was really disappointed with my shellac and nail art manicure.... it chipped the very next day and I was extremely unhappy with the nail art itself and service. Even though I had already pre-paid the £10 fee for nail art I then had to pay another extra £5 on top at the venue for something I wasn't happy with.

It is usually very good but this time you were rushing. During the manicure you cut the skin just below the nail and at the end you didn't let me push the arms of my jumper up so hand cream got onto my clothes.
I hope you take more time at my next visit.
