Never going back again… One of the nail technicians, Minh (who gave me a fake name - ‘Lewis’) was making rude comments in Vietnamese about me and my appearance and also shockingly racist comments about other customers eg. If they wanted a banana and then laughed … whilst being overly nice when speaking to them in English. I had to confront him as I understood everything he said and he never apologised. Instead, he was joking around and laughing because he was embarrassed. So disrespectful…
