This is the first time I have attended and been disappointed. I had to wait nearly 40 mins to be seen then was asked to take a seat and the appointment after me was asked to sit and get her nails done before me. I then had one lady who started my nails and then she said another lady will look after me. I thought however that she was leaving but that was not the case, I then waited for a short period for the other lady to finish me off and the lady that went away came back.
