I didn't receive a manicure, just shellac polish, it was rushed & no hand cream offered at the end. They were closing around me as they were doing this. What's more, my nail chipped within a day! For my feet, I wasn't able to select my nail polish (which were all on a shelf) beforehand. I already had my feet in the basin by the time I was asked what colour I wanted, and then told I couldn't go check because I had already put my feet in. They didnt dry my feet and these all chipped within day
