Booking for the appointment and coming through to get seated was seamless, and I didn't have to wait long to have my appointment ready.
I liked the outcome of my nails, even getting suggestions from the nail technician about the right length for office work.

I was charged extra for a “change of shape” although all he did was barely neatened the sides. He said they went from square to coffin but my nails are still square and they were originally coffin shaped humph!

Very poor service and very unhelpful when I requested for my nails to be redone as the final result was so bad. My request was denied and only offered a new paint and filing. Very unhappy customer.

I recently had a full set done and if im honest they were so badly done I messaged the manger and asked for them to be redone. Unfortunately the request was denied and only offered to file down and repaint. The nail tech wasn't helpful when I was requesting changes to be made during the treatment and completely ignored everything I was saying. As I was so unhappy with the service I requested a refund as they couldn't fix the problem, again thos was denied. Truly an awful experience.

I was very impressed with the meticulous care taken during my manicure and I’m very happy with the results. There was, however, a booking mix-up: I was told my appointment was for standard polish, so I received a regular manicure instead of the gel manicure I believe I had originally booked. Despite that, the polish has lasted over a week without chipping, which I’m very pleased with.
