Brilliant find close to home. Really experienced, professional and listens to needs. Guided by how I felt and really caring. Felt secure and safe the whole time. Finally got the help needed and feeling wonderful afterwards. Booked right away to go back.

I was experiencing severe pain and tightness in my neck and trapezius which was causing tension headaches and affecting my mood and function and I was in desperate need of a physio, so I contacted Well-Life Physiotherapy Clinic and was got an appointment same day
Katie was absolutely amazing she carried out a deep tissue massage which was painful but gave me such a release. At the end of the session my neck range of movement had improved and my headaches were almost gone and my pain had reduced.
