Brilliant find close to home. Really experienced, professional and listens to needs. Guided by how I felt and really caring. Felt secure and safe the whole time. Finally got the help needed and feeling wonderful afterwards. Booked right away to go back.

I was experiencing severe pain and tightness in my neck and trapezius which was causing tension headaches and affecting my mood and function and I was in desperate need of a physio, so I contacted Well-Life Physiotherapy Clinic and was got an appointment same day
Katie was absolutely amazing she carried out a deep tissue massage which was painful but gave me such a release. At the end of the session my neck range of movement had improved and my headaches were almost gone and my pain had reduced.

The location was easy to get to at West Brom.Leisure Centre. It looks like a new building with great facilities and I had a great session as usual. I felt listened to, understood, reassured, as always. Thanks Lotoya and team.
