Upon arrival at salon the lady there was not Andreeya (who I had booked with!) and didn’t know I had already had a patch test and also didn’t know what colour I was, it transpires Andreeya hadn’t told her about my booking! Not a great first impression! The hair colour was fine and thorough so no complaints about that. However the ‘blow dry’ was terrible and she was a complete beginner: I felt mislead by Wela Styler and would not recommend this salon

The stylist I had was Vershalli. She was very pleasant, very attentive, and did what I asked! Many stylists, I have found in my experience, give you the haircut of their choice, not what you want, and subsequently not the desired result.
