I went on time but the stylist was not there. The lady in salon called her and she said she cannot cut pixie short hair. So I had to come back without haircut.

lovely lady but not that professional unfortunately. The root colour was ok but the blow dry wasn't so good.

The hairdresser was 30 minutes late.She came by car with her kids in her car and just left them in the car while I had haircut.it was as if she forgot she was working that day.she was very distracted by her phone.the haircut was bad.
