The welcome at reception was non existent, all I got was “down stairs”. No other exchange, directions would have been helpful. No directional signage at all just a very small name on a door the same as the tanning rooms.
The music was loud and not relaxing at all, not what I’m use to during 37 years of waxing.
The therapist however was excellent. Lovely lady, very friendly and very experienced and thorough. Would definitely recommend her but not necessarily the venue.
