The therapist was very nice but the waxing was really painful. I was also freezing due to the AC but it was unfortunately not her fault as it was the tanning centre that controlled it.

I can absolutely say this was the best wax I have ever had. She was the fastest ever and I was left with zero hair (I had a Hollywood!). She was also very skilfull with the hot wax. I've been places before where they get the sticky strings of wax everywhere. She was a total pro. Thank you!
