Friendly group of girls, very welcoming . Arrived earlier than app and they did start me sooner to save me going home which was appreciated.
On consultation I was told I wouldn’t need brown root doing - just half head of highlights. (Bob length hair ) plus toner . I trusted advice given.
How ever I left very disappointed after paying £87 to still have grey showing. I have since had to re-tone myself .
