A quick biab removal with Amy who did a very careful job, the biab was quite layered so it took her longer than expected, but she was very patient and made sure it was removed properly without damaging my nails.

I’ve been to Way Ahead a few times and it’s always been a great experience but unfortunately I was disappointed yesterday. I booked John but he was unavailable. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly but the person cutting my hair was abrupt, hardly spoke to me and clearly found cutting my hair a chore. She didn’t introduce herself or even say hello, just said ‘what are we doing then?’ which got the appointment off to a very negative start and I felt like a nuisance when I’d paid over £60.
