Always a fabulous experience getting a pedicure or manicure at Way Ahead. Lovely friendly atmosphere. My feet feel amazing and toes look lovely!

The nails are ok, but this was not what I would expect from a manicure — no soaking in warm water, no hand massage. And sat in silence for whole time. Removing cuticles with just oil on for 30 seconds is uncomfortable. And I didn’t get the therapist I booked through the app. When I queried this, the salon manager said it was a glitch in the app. I would have re-booked (as Jess is really excellent) but i was not advised until I got there. I won’t be re-booking.
