I think I had a lady named Rachel do my hair. She was lovely and made me feel right at ease. She listened to what I wanted and I loved the haircut, and what's more - so did my wife! The atmosphere in the place was really welcoming and everyone was chatting to each other, they all seemed to know one another which made for a really relaxed and fun atmosphere. This was my first time in Way Ahead, and as a local to Crystal palace, I will definitely being going here again!

I have had 3 gel manicures now with a different person each time and honestly have been so happy with all of them. Haven't been this happy with my nails in years!

Lovely experience very relaxing comfortable seat I had really dry skin and specified this and she was really thorough at removing it my feet feel so much better thank you 😊
