Scheduling between salon and app could be improved, I waited to be seen then the appointment felt rushed and I did not get seen with who I booked with, I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment

I am having builder gel to help my nails grow and my therapist was thorough and careful and friendly. She made me feel relaxed and I would come back. A different experience to my usual Vietnamese nail salon which is impersonal and quick.

Booked a last-minute appointment to get my gel nail polish removed. Jessica took the time to gently remove the polish without damaging my nails, before cutting and filing them down. Really pleased with the result!
